Boarding Checklist & Requirements

Vaccinations: Must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Flu
vaccine
NRVH requires both Negative Fecal test and Bordetella within 6 months.

If proof of vaccinations is not on file or provided from another vet prior to boarding, the
pet will be vaccinated at owner’s expense. Note: Dogs vaccinated on boarding day for
vaccines will not have full protection for up to 2 weeks.

Food – We provide Purina EN ( GI diet) food for your pet at no extra charge.
If you want to bring your own food: – All food must be portioned by individual serving in an
airtight container, a ziplock bag, or Tupperware type container and labeled with your pets
name.

Personal Items: We make every effort to make your pets feel at ease while
they are with us. We recommend to not bring personal items including bedding and toys as
they may become damaged or lost. Neuse river vet and doggy daycare is not responsible for
lost, damaged or ingested personal items.

Medications – Medications, supplements or other items will be administered
for no additional fee, but the medications must be presented in their original containers
with instructions for administration. No loose pills in food will be administered.

Deposit- Neuse River Vet and doggy daycare require a deposit of 50% of the total boarding fee
at time of reservation.

Check in/out times – Boarding Check-In is anytime between 7am-5:30P M-F and
8–11am Sat. No check-In on Sunday. Sunday pickup only available from 5p-6p

Cancelations / Refunds – Cancelations 48 hours prior to reservation will
receive a full refund, others will be charged for one day of boarding
